7/S is a Bauhaus-inspired multi-family development located at the intersection of 7th and Sherman in Denver. I led the creation of the project’s identity, beginning with a logo that reflects Bauhaus principles—simplicity and geometry—while referencing the intersection of “7” and “S.” To further define the brand, I developed a system of seven descriptive words beginning with “S” to capture the character of the community. My work included client presentations, naming, logo, brand standards, fence wrap, signage, and website. The brand was further extended into interior signage and a range of marketing collateral, including apparel and promotional materials.
