USAA, a financial services organization serving military members and their families, commissioned a comprehensive series of branded environments for multiple call center locations nationwide. I led the development of detailed design standards for key installations such as a historical timeline and a Wall of Honor—both designed to celebrate USAA’s legacy and honor the service and sacrifice of its members. My role encompassed project management, client presentations, environmental design, construction drawings for installations, and on-site visits to oversee implementation.
